About ‘The Happy Stitcher’

I’m a retired teacher…sounds pretty boring, huh? Well, it’s NOT! Now I have more time to pursue things that interest me, such as sewing. I’ve been sewing for over 50 years. (Yes, I started when I was just two years old…heh..heh!)

My love of sewing became a home-based business about 20 years ago. I do alterations, mending, zipper replacement, machine-embroidery, and creating clothing (including dresses for weddings).

The challenge of creating something to fit a customer properly and make them feel special keeps me going.
